KP Electronic Systems LTD will be contacting certain customers to conduct a warranty replacement of the Meter Transmitting Unit that is connected to the water meter. For unknown reasons some of the transmitters are not sending the meter reading from the meter to our metering software. In order to limit estimated meter reading billings, KP Electronics is moving to replace all non-transmitting transmitters as soon as possible. Please provide your full cooperation.
